Recruitment Manager – Commission Only – Watford

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee recruitment activities, develop client relationships and drive business growth from our Watford office, starting in December 2026. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, winning new business, managing key client relationships, overseeing recruitment assignments and supporting consultants in achieving business targets. The successful candidate should have strong commercial awareness, recruitment expertise and the ability to manage priorities while maintaining high service standards.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on successful business results.
