Recruitment Partner – Commission Only – Watford

We are seeking a commercially minded Recruitment Partner to help build client relationships and deliver successful recruitment solutions from our Watford office, starting in December 2026. The role involves developing new business, understanding clients' recruitment needs, identifying suitable candidates, managing recruitment assignments and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates. The successful applicant should be confident managing the recruitment process and identifying opportunities for business growth.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on successful placements and business results.
