About this role
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our office-based team in Watford. The role involves developing new client relationships, identifying recruitment opportunities, building candidate networks and sourcing candidates for client vacancies. You will communicate with candidates and clients, develop a pipeline of recruitment opportunities and work closely with the wider recruitment team to progress vacancies through to placement. This is a permanent, commission-only position based in our Watford office. The successful candidate will start at the end of November 2026.
