Recruitment Sales Partner – Commission Only – Watford

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Sales Partner to generate new business and develop client relationships in the recruitment sector, starting in December 2026. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, generating leads, introducing recruitment services, arranging client discussions and converting sales opportunities into ongoing business. The successful candidate will be confident approaching businesses, building relationships and following up on opportunities to achieve results.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on successful business results.
