About this role
Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our office-based team in Watford. The role involves managing recruitment activity, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing vacancies from initial requirement through to placement and supporting recruitment consultants. You will also monitor recruitment activity, maintain client and candidate relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the recruitment business. This is a permanent, commission-only position based in our Watford office. The successful candidate will start at the end of November 2026.
