Recruiter – Commission Only – Watford

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to source candidates, support recruitment assignments and help connect suitable applicants with client vacancies from December 2026. Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, contacting candidates, conducting initial screening, maintaining candidate records and coordinating recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, communicate well and be able to manage multiple vacancies while providing a positive experience for candidates and clients.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on successful results.
