About this role
Recruitment Professionals is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our office-based team in Watford. The role involves sourcing candidates, speaking with applicants, building candidate relationships, working with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and matching suitable candidates to available vacancies. You will also be responsible for following up with candidates and clients and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This is a permanent, commission-only position based in our Watford office. The successful candidate will start at the end of November 2026.
