Recruitment Consultant – Commission Only – Watford

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Watford, starting in December 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, sourcing suitable candidates and managing recruitment assignments from initial contact through to placement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to business development and the ability to work towards targets.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings are dependent on successful results.
