About this role
Recruitment Professionals is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our office-based team in Watford. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, generating new recruitment opportunities, managing vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates and supporting the recruitment process through to successful placement. You will build candidate networks, develop new business opportunities and maintain regular communication with clients and candidates. This is a permanent, commission-only position based in our Watford office. The successful candidate will start at the end of November 2026.
