About this role
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our office-based team in Watford. The role involves sourcing and identifying suitable candidates, building candidate relationships, developing relationships with prospective and existing clients and identifying new recruitment opportunities. You will manage vacancies through the recruitment process, screen and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews and maintain regular communication with clients and candidates. This is a permanent, commission-only position based in our Watford office. The successful candidate will start at the end of November 2026.
