Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Commission Only – Watford

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Watford from December 2026. This opportunity is suitable for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment and sales. The role involves sourcing candidates, contacting prospective clients, supporting recruitment assignments, building professional relationships and learning how to manage the recruitment process. Training and guidance will be provided to help the successful candidate develop the necessary skills.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on successful results.
