Education Manager

Oxford Care Services Ltd, trading as Learning Connect, is seeking an organised and experienced Education Manager to oversee its training and assessment services in Southall, West London.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage educational delivery, staff, resources and quality improvement, while maintaining a professional and supportive environment for learners and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include

Planning and coordinating training and assessment provision, timetables, staffing and resources.

Supervising staff, reviewing performance and identifying professional development needs.

Monitoring teaching and training quality, learner support and service outcomes.

Maintaining compliance with relevant awarding organisation and test provider requirements.

Preparing for audits, quality assurance reviews and monitoring visits, and implementing improvement actions.

Managing learner and candidate enquiries, complaints and feedback.

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on centre performance, resources and agreed budgets.

Implementing relevant safeguarding, health and safety, equality and data protection procedures.

Working with the Director to develop and improve the centre’s education services.

Applicants must have effective spoken and written English and be able to communicate confidently in at least one of Hindi or Punjabi. English plus Hindi, or English plus Punjabi, meets this requirement. Knowledge of all three languages is welcome but is not required. The additional language will be used to communicate with Hindi- or Punjabi-speaking learners, candidates and customers.

The role is based at G01, Unit 3, Pure Life, 399 Uxbridge Road, Southall, UB1 3EJ.
