Sales Manager

Oxford Care Services Ltd trading as Learning Connect is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow sales of its training and education services and develop lasting relationships with employers, customers and referral partners.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage business development, client accounts and the sales pipeline, helping the centre achieve agreed commercial targets.

Your responsibilities will include

Developing and implementing a sales plan for the centre’s training and education services.

Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with employers, referral partners and customers.

Managing client accounts, understanding training requirements and recommending suitable services.

Preparing proposals and quotations and negotiating commercial terms within agreed authority.

Managing the sales pipeline, following up enquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.

Producing sales forecasts and reports and reviewing performance against agreed targets.

Coordinating with the education and administration teams to ensure customer commitments match delivery capacity.

Identifying opportunities for repeat business and improving customer retention.

Ensuring information about courses, qualifications, fees and services is accurate.

Handling commercial enquiries and resolving customer concerns professionally.

Applicants must have effective spoken and written English and be able to communicate confidently in at least one of Hindi or Punjabi. English plus Hindi, or English plus Punjabi, meets this requirement. Knowledge of all three languages is welcome but is not required.

The additional language will be used for enquiries, sales discussions and relationship management with Hindi- or Punjabi-speaking customers and referral partners.

The role is based at G01, Unit 3, Pure Life, 399 Uxbridge Road, Southall, UB1 3EJ.
