We are an evolving organisation, moving our focus towards delivery against our Corporate Plan and building the people, systems and capability needed to turn our ambitions into results.
This makes it an exciting time to join us. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a developing organisation, shape how we work and help deliver meaningful outcomes for our region.
About the role
As Project Support Officer – Aspiring Pathways you will provide high-quality project data and administrative support across our Skills and Employment programmes, helping to ensure they are delivered effectively and remain compliant with funding and contract requirements.
You will support a range of activity including provider claims, performance reporting, data collection, audit and assurance, programme documentation and contract management. You will also support the delivery of careers-related activity, including work involving alternative provision settings, providers and partners.
Working with colleagues across EMCCA and a range of external partners, you will help keep programmes organised, maintain accurate information and identify emerging risks or issues. You will need strong attention to detail, good Excel and data skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
This is a varied opportunity to develop your experience across skills, employment and careers programmes while contributing to work that supports people and communities across the East Midlands.

• Coordinate programme documentation, meetings, workshops and events, including preparing agendas, minutes, reports, guidance and presentations.
• Support the preparation of contract variations, governance documentation and reports for partners, EMCCA leadership and governance boards.
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support effective programme delivery and continuous improvement.
