Home-visit pet sitter in Leeds, self-employed, you choose the hours

Three self-employed pet sitters wanted in Leeds. This is not the walking job we also advertise. A sitter looks after a dog at the owner's home while the owner is away: one or two visits a day to feed, let out and walk, or staying overnight when the owner wants someone in the house.

Who suits it

someone who works from home, shift workers with free days, students with a steady timetable, or a retired person who likes dogs and is happy to be out in the evening. Reliability matters more than experience, because an owner on holiday is trusting you with their house as well as their dog.

Pricing in

Leeds from public sitter listings

a home visit about £12.75. That is other people's price. In WoofWalk you set your own, per visit and per night, and change it whenever you like. If you would rather host dogs at your home, that is home boarding, it needs a licence from Leeds City Council first, and the app lists it as a separate service.

WoofWalk is a UK booking app for dog owners, not an employer. There is no wage and no guaranteed work. Owners book and pay through the app and the money is paid out to your bank. Nothing to pay to join; 0% commission for your first 14 days, then 15% of each booking, dropping to 10% for life once five of your own clients have joined through you. You cover your own tax, National Insurance and insurance.
