• Identify new product, market and commercial opportunities.

• Develop commercial business cases for new product, supplier and market opportunities, assessing expected return, risk and scalability.

• Research market trends, customer demand and competitor activity.

• Support product selection, pricing and go-to-market strategies.

• Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and commercial partners across China and Japan, including sourcing, commercial negotiation, supplier performance and new product opportunities.

• Communicate and negotiate confidently with Chinese suppliers and business partners.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics partners to ensure commercially effective sourcing and delivery.

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.

• Analyse sales, marketing and commercial data and use insights to improve performance.

• Help identify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs while maintaining product quality and service levels.

• Work closely with senior management on business development and growth initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and partners.
