Cyber Security Analyst

• Monitor and investigate security alerts, identify threats and coordinate incident resolution.

• Administer endpoint protection and EDR tools, including Microsoft Defender and Symantec Endpoint Protection.

• Support PKI operations and digital certificate management using tools such as DigiCert.

• Monitor Microsoft Sentinel and Azure security services, investigate findings and implement security improvements.

• Assess vulnerabilities using Qualys, Nessus or OpenVAS and work with IT teams to remediate identified risks.

• Investigate and manage security incidents through ServiceNow, Jira or ManageEngine.

• Review server and endpoint compliance and resolve security configuration issues.

• Support security controls for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Maintain incident reports, security procedures and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to improve detection, response and endpoint protection.
