Coupa Source to Content Engagement specialist

Job OverviewThe Coupa Source to Content Engagement Specialist is responsible for driving awareness, engagement and adoption of Coupa sourcing, contract and content management capabilities. The role acts as a Subject Matter Expert to support the Procurement team.

Main Duties

-Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Coupa S2C modules.

-Deliver communications and awareness campaigns.

-Support user training sessions and workshops.

-Create guides, FAQs and learning materials.

-Coordinate supplier engagement activities.

-Gather user feedback and support adoption initiatives.

-Produce engagement and adoption reporting.

What we are looking forSkills & Experience

-Good knowledge of Coupa S2C modules.

-Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Procurement or Communications.

-1-3 years' experience in procurement, communications, stakeholder engagement or business support.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations or training, virtually and in person.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

-Exposure to Coupa P2P modules or procurement processes is desirable.
