The successful applicant will be appointed under Annex 21 rules whereby 70% of the top of Band 5 will be payable during the first year and 75% in the remaining period. Applicants would be supported to develop their qualification and competencies required to fulfil the role within 18 months. Failure to achieve the qualification and competencies in the designated timeframe could result in implementing Workforce policies.
