A&E Operations Manager - South Yorkshire (previously A&E Team Leader)

Responsible for number of frontline staff, you will ensure that your Team is able to deliver services through effective workforce planning, quality, governance & risk. Working closely with the Area Operations Manager and other colleagues, you will ensure that robust policies, processes and practices are in evidence within your Team. Please note that candidates will be required to successfully pass each stage of the recruitment process before progressing to the next. The first stage will be a Command Scenario, followed by a clinical Assessment, with the Final Interview forming the last stage of the process. Candidates must achieve the required standard at each stage to continue through the recruitment process. You will also be required to bring your portfolio for review, along with your certificate confirming completion of your NQP period, to your clincial assessment.
