About this role
We are looking for a caring, patient and reliable support worker to support an 18-year-old female with autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an understanding of her individual needs and the ability to follow her epilepsy care plan. She enjoys visiting the park and spending time with the family dog, so we are looking for someone who can encourage her interests, support safe community outings and promote her independence, confidence and well-being.
