Got household, home or property claims experience and want a caseload that's genuinely yours? An FCA-regulated insurer on the edge of Bolton has taken on a big new contract and is growing its household claims team. They need an experienced Household Claims Handler on a straight 9 to 5.

What the

Household Claims Handler does

• Own household claims from first notification to settlement: escape of water, storm, accidental damage, theft, buildings and contents claims
• Check policy cover and gather what's needed to move each claim forward
• Appoint and manage the suppliers and trades who put things right
• Keep customers updated clearly and honestly through every claim
• Spot and refer potential fraud on home insurance claims

Pay and benefits

• £24,479 to £28,000 depending on claims experience
• 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No evenings, no weekends
• Fully funded CII qualifications
