Training eLearning Specialist

The Role

We are looking for an eLearning Specialist to join our training team. The role will focus on supporting the introduction of new contact centre technologies for a range of clients. You will create, develop and edit engaging multimedia learning materials, working with the wider training team to support effective learning experiences. The role may also contribute to learning and development initiatives within Route 101.

Key Responsibilities

Producing and maintaining training material

specifically eLearnings

Maintaining a library of eLearning resources and uploading them to relevant LMS (Learning Management Systems)

Supporting learning events

Suggesting innovation and new solutions to training challenges

Supporting the team in developing learning plans e.g. production of storyboards and design briefs

Conducting research and analysis in relation to training and technologies provided by Route 101
