About this role
A full-time Floating Support Worker in the Connecting People Service in Ceredigion. The working pattern for this role is predominantly Monday – Friday office hours, although flexibility is required for the service needs.
This is a Floating Support Worker role in our Connecting People Service, the base for the role being located at the Camfan Service, Lampeter, Ceredigion. The Manager & Floating Support Workers provide a passion for supporting individuals experiencing challenging times.
You will provide community support to individuals (18+) who have mild learning disabilities. The support provided can be around housing challenges, mental health issues, substance misuse, and other complex needs. With assisting with sustaining & securing suitable accommodation, it is rewarding when you are part of an individual’s development and growth.
