Healthcare worker/ Support worker

Healthcare assistant roles to be carry out in Bristol and Wiltshire (ideal if you drive as the role required to drive to clients's home to provide care). Apply if you have the right to work and need flexible extra hours or want to be on our bank rota.

Patient Care & Comfort

Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, washing, and mobility.

Vital Signs & Monitoring

Taking and recording basic clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.

Nutrition & Hydration

Serving meals, helping patients eat and drink, and monitoring intake.

-Medication : To ensure patients take their medication as prescribed

Mobility Support

Helping patients move around safely, using equipment like hoists or wheelchairs where needed.

Sanitation & Safety

Maintaining clean and safe environment standards, sanitizing equipment, and preparing bed areas.

Administrative Support

Documenting daily patient records and reporting any changes in patient health or behavior to registered nurses and medical staff.
