Role
I am supporting a good client of mine with regards to a Quantity Surveyor position on a permanent or contract basis, this is a great opportunity to get on board with an increasingly busy client.
Within this position you will be working with a specialist Electrical Contractor who deliver both new build and refurbishment commercial & residential projects.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience within the M&E construction sector and be happy with completing estimating duties when required
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Prepare and oversee project costings from tender to completion
- Keep track of project costings and profit
- Liaise with site teams and with senior management
- Complete monthly reports and updates.
- Identify and rectify faults or issues.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- M&E Knowledge/ Understanding
