EYFS Supply Teacher - Solihull

Hays Education are working with a range of primary schools across Solihull and the surrounding areas and are looking to speak with EYFS teachers interested in supply teaching.

We support local schools with everything from day-to-day cover to longer-term requirements, including maternity cover and fixed-term positions. Whether you're looking for occasional days, regular weekly work or a longer-term role, we can work with you to find opportunities that suit your availability.

Your new role

As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of primary schools, predominantly supporting Nursery and Reception classes.

Day-to-day supply offers the flexibility to experience different schools and choose the days you work. If you're looking for more consistency, we also support schools with longer-term EYFS positions where you can become part of the school team and take on full teaching responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience within EYFS
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Understanding of continuous provision and early learning
• Strong classroom management skills
• A caring, adaptable and professional approach
