What we're looking for

• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, depending on the setting and role
• A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is highly desirable
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children and staff
