About this role
The post holder will undertake responsibilities as a member of the HR team to provide efficient and effective administrative support to meet the Academy’s staffing and people management needs.
The HR Apprentice will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance. They will ensure processes are carried out accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner, while adapting to support the wider HR function and school priorities.
