IT Technician

Join our dedicated IT team and help support the technology that underpins teaching and learning across our school. Tolworth Girls’ School & Sixth Form is seeking an adaptive and organised IT Technician to join our IT team. This role combines hands-on technical support with key administrative duties to ensure the smooth daily running of the school's IT network and systems. You will work under the direction of the IT Network Manager to support staff and students, resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate infrastructure records. Key responsibilities• Providing first-line IT support to staff and students. • Managing helpdesk requests and troubleshooting technical issues. • Supporting classroom technology, Microsoft 365 and school systems. • Maintaining IT equipment, asset registers and technical documentation. • Assisting with AV setup for meetings, events and assemblies.
