About this role

Project Mentor – Role Overview - Full Time

The Project Mentor is a dynamic, multi-skilled role designed to provide flexible support across all ETF contracts and projects. This hybrid position spans teaching, mentoring, and program delivery — with duties varying based on Centre needs and specific project requirements.

Key responsibilities include mentoring 16–18-year-olds to build employability skills, self-confidence, and readiness for the world of work.

You will be experienced in delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance (IAG), with a person-centered focus that supports progression and positive outcomes. Adaptability is key — this role requires you to confidently shift between delivering structured teaching sessions and providing targeted individual mentoring.

Working closely with Centre Managers, you'll support education and training delivery across a range of contracts and projects. You’ll be accountable for tracking progress, managing your workload independently, and liaising with employers, families, and wider support networks to form a wraparound approach to each learner’s journey.

Above all, this role is about creating a positive, fun, and engaging experience for every individual — helping young people feel supported, empowered, and ready to move forward.

To apply please follow the green "apply" button below at our website link. You must complete and upload our application form.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6-month probationary period.
