Employment & Skills - Quality Senior Coordinator

To provide independent and objective quality assurance across ETF's employment and skills contracts, ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements, agreed service standards, performance expectations and funder requirements.

The postholder will undertake systematic quality checks of participant records, delivery activity and supporting evidence; identify areas of good practice, risk and non-compliance; and work with operational colleagues to ensure corrective

actions are implemented and sustained.
