Assembly Operative Team Leader

Are you looking for a new warehouse Team Leader role in Leicester?

We are looking for someone to lead a team of Assembly Operatives for a manufacturing company in Leicester. Your main duties will include overseeing the daily manufacturing operation and supporting your team where necessary, operating the machinery and assembling the items, and maintaining a safe, clean, and smoothly ran workplace.

You will be required to contribute to the wider warehouse duties such as picking, labelling and loading/unloading and you will be responsible for following and reporting health and safety requirments.

Requirments

- You must have experience in a manufacturing or production role

- GCSE-level education or equivalent, strong spoken and written English and basic IT skills

- Team leader experience would be a big advantage

- Good organisation, attention to detail and problem solving

- You must be able to handle competing tasks while keeping yourself and team running smoothly

- Reliable, positive minded, and committed team player.

You will be working a 4 on/4 off shift rotation with working hours of 06:00 to 18:00.

You will be paid £14.05 an hour for this role.

Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year pro rata.
