Assembly Op -Team Leader

CALLING ALL MANUFACTURING OPERATIVES WITH TEAM LEADER EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE THE ROLE FOR YOU!

We are currently searching for a Team Leader to oversee the Assembly Operation and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

You will be a dependable team leader whilst getting involved in the assembly and machine operating. You will be able to balance supporting your team alongside completing your daily tasks such as supporting the wider warehouse operation, training team members and maintaining health and safety standards.

The right candidate will be organised, positive minded and proactive to be successful in this role.

Requirments

- You must have experience in a manufacturing or production role

- GCSE-level education or equivalent, strong spoken and written English and basic IT skills

- Team leader experience would be a big advantage

- Good organisation, attention to detail and problem solving

- You must be able to handle competing tasks while keeping yourself and team running smoothly

- Reliable, positive minded, and committed team player.

06:00 to 18:00 working hours on a 4 on/4 off basis.

You will be paid £14.05 an hour for this role.

Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
