We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.
Role Details

Leamington Spa and surrounding areas

Contract
Ongoing (3–5 days per week) Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment.

Flexible Hours
Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm
- Between Monday and Friday
•
Pay
Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
•
Work Type
Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.
- Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
What We're Looking For
You must meet one of the following
- Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
- EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
- OR
- At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
