Qualified Nursery Practitioners – Leamington Spa & Surrounding Areas
Locations
Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Southam, Rugby, Coventry, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Gaydon, Henley in Arden, Balsall Common.
Contract
Flexible ( Block bookings available/ Full Time and Part Time)
Shifts
Available Monday to Friday ( 8-1/ 12-6/ 8-6/ 8-5/8.30-5.30)
Salary
Up to £1625 per hour including holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5.
- Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed.
What We’re Looking For
•
Qualifications
Level 2 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised or equivalent).
•
Knowledge
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
•
Experience
Previous nursery/early years experience desirable.
•
Attributes
Passionate, motivated, and adaptable childcare professionals.
