About this role

The Learning Support Assistant will work under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENDCo to provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities. The role involves helping pupils access learning, build confidence and independence, and participate fully in school life, as well as supporting pupils with identified medical needs in accordance with their Individual Healthcare Plans and school policies.
