About this role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils’ access to learning, contribute to curriculum delivery and help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment. Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will support pupils’ learning, progress, wellbeing and independence, including those with SEND or identified medical needs. You will also assist with planning and preparing resources, monitor and record progress, provide feedback to teachers, support educational visits and lunchtimes, and build effective relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
