Key Responsibilities

• Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL

Previous experience working with children, ideally those with additional needs

OPTIONAL

Experience working within healthcare or care work

• A compassionate and patient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
