EPRR Manager

Duties include

1. To manage the delivery of defined services, projects, or workstreams, ensuring that objectives and performance standards are met, adjusting plans as required, and coordinating resources and people from across the organisation2. To support the Senior Manager and Head of Service in delivering ICB and system priorities.3. To provide clear and supportive leadership to staff and colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and accountability.4. To use data, insight, and feedback to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes for patients and communities. Consider the options available and use data to drive decision making and identification of possible courses of action.5. To contribute to the development and implementation of ICB and system plans that improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities, beyond own area of work.
