About this role
Join our friendly and dedicated Day Surgery team at Chase Farm Hospital, part of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate to support the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality care to patients undergoing elective surgery.
Chase Farm Hospital is proud to be a GIRFT-accredited surgical hub, operating six days a week to deliver efficient, high-quality elective surgical services and an excellent patient experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive service focused on patient safety, clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Working alongside registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support patients throughout their day surgery journey, from admission and preparation through to discharge. Responsibilities include undertaking clinical observations, delivering delegated clinical care within your competence, maintaining accurate documentation, promoting infection prevention and control, and escalating any concerns about patients’ wellbeing.
We are looking for an NMC-registered Nursing Associate who demonstrates excellent communication skills, compassion, reliability and a commitment to person-centred care. Experience in an acute or surgical setting would be advantageous.
You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills within a supportive team and contribute to the continued success of our busy elective surgical hub.
