About this role
As a key member of the London office agency team, you will work alongside office brokers to provide advice and consultation to clients regarding environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.
The role includes actively seeking flexible office space and workspace for clients, preparing reports and presentations, accompanying clients on viewings, and negotiating with landlords, office providers, and workspace operators on clients' behalf.
The role also includes training office brokers and agents on ESG matters.
The role also includes ensuring the London office agency maintains its own high ESG standards.
