Sustainability Manager

Sustainability Manager Role

Full-time, permanent position

Based 5 days a week onsite in East London, Hackney

Need to have strong construction experience

Key Responsibilities

-

Lead project assessments for green building standards such as

BREEAM

, and LEED.

Implement and maintain frameworks such as

ISO 14001

(Environmental Management), ISO 50001

(Energy Management), and

PAS 2080

(Carbon Management in Infrastructure).

Track and report carbon footprints, environmental product declarations (EPDs), and life-cycle analyses (LCAs).

Interface with site teams, commercial/quantity surveying teams, local authorities, and the supply chain to drive self-delivery of green targets.

Provide technical guidance on shifting standards (such as Part L and F Building Regulations).
