Head of Housing

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced housing leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across our housing management services. You will ensure residents receive excellent, responsive and resident-focused services that support safe homes, thriving neighbourhoods and sustainable tenancies.

Leading Housing Services, Community Services and Resident Engagement managers, you will oversee housing management, community safety, safeguarding, supported and sheltered housing, and resident engagement. You will drive service improvement, embed a strong performance culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

You will turn organisational objectives into clear priorities, improve resident satisfaction and housing performance, and lead community safety, safeguarding and tenancy enforcement. You will champion resident involvement, use feedback to improve services, deliver value for money and build an inclusive, high-performing culture.
