Clinical Education Facilitator

Providing visible clinical leadership and acting as a role model for high-quality, evidence-based practice. Supporting the development of nursing, midwifery, nursing associate and healthcare support staff through education, coaching and clinical support. Delivering and facilitating training programmes, study days and learning opportunities to enhance staff knowledge, skills and competence. Promoting positive practice learning environments that support learners, newly registered professionals and clinical teams. Leading and supporting quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care, staff experience and service outcomes. Contributing to the development, implementation and review of clinical policies, guidelines and standards in line with professional and regulatory requirements. Supporting clinical governance activities, including audit, risk management, reflective practice and the escalation of concerns where appropriate. Working collaboratively with clinical leaders, educators and multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation across services. Championing a culture of learning, professional development and excellence in practice. Supporting the implementation of local, regional and national workforce development initiatives.
