About this role
As our Debt Supervisor you will support a team of advisers helping people face concerns around their energy debt to understand their options, build confidence and improve their financial resilience. This is a fulfilling role for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the local community. You will provide line management and supervision to our CEDA advisers. You will ensure compliance with FCA and Money Advice standards and support the continuous development of the wider team by aiding them with complex cases where required.
