Are you a mortgage professional looking for a new challenge with a difference!? We are recruiting for both In-house and Field Based advisers to join our ever growing team. If you like the sound of leads, admin, marketing , leading technology systems, good commission rates and support & development to grow your business, get in touch.

Our advisers must be CeMAP qualified and have a good proven track record. Experience of working within a similar position is essential.

In-house - (Employed)

Our In-house advises will work alongside our established team within busy offices in Grantham. They will provide professional advice in relation to the Mortgage and Protection needs of our clients. Leads are provided as well an attractive salary and bonus scheme.

Field Sales - (Self-Employed)

Our self-employed Field Advisers will work from home or their own office using their own laptop/computer. They will be servicing leads we provide and also clients they already work with or have built up over their careers to date. They will have access to the wide range of Adviser benefits as a Clever Mortgage Adviser and will receive good commission splits paid weekly.
