Landlord Acquisition Officer

Fine Move Ltd is an established Temporary Accommodation provider working with local authorities across London. We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Landlord Acquisition Officer to source residential properties and build relationships with landlords and letting agents.

Key responsibilities include

• Identifying and approaching private landlords, estate agents and letting agents to secure new properties.
• Generating leads through telephone calls, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings and assessing suitability.
• Negotiating rental rates and commercial terms to secure new property agreements.
• Promoting Fine Move's accommodation services and developing long-term landlord relationships.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective properties.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure properties meet required standards and compliance requirements.
• Working towards agreed property acquisition targets.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role offering opportunities for commission and career progression.
