Bladder and Bowel Care Specialist Nurse

We are looking for an

NMC registered nurse with

Significant post-registration experience in bladder and bowel care or a related specialist field. Evidence of specialist knowledge and advanced clinical assessment skills. Experience of clinical leadership, supervision and workforce development. A passion for education, service improvement and integrated working. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience of leading change and supporting teams through service transformation. You will work alongside clinical and operational leaders to develop innovative models of care that improve outcomes for patients while supporting neighbourhood teams to deliver specialist interventions safely and effectively.
