1:1 Teaching Assistant – Reception

We have an exciting opportunity for a caring, patient and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in a beautiful Cotswold setting. The school offers a warm, supportive environment where children are encouraged to enjoy their childhood, build confidence and develop a love of learning. With a strong emphasis on a well-rounded education and learning through the natural world, it’s a wonderful setting to support a young child’s early development.

The role involves working 1

1 with a Reception-aged boy, helping him feel safe and settled through predictable routines, supporting his self-regulation, and encouraging him to develop positive relationships and meaningful connections with others.

Hours

Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00am–3:45pmYou will be job-sharing with an experienced TA who works Monday to Wednesday.

Duration

Expected to run until late January.We’re looking for someone who is warm, consistent and patient, with a genuine passion for helping children feel secure, thrive and reach their potential.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a young child’s school experience in a lovely, nurturing environment.
